![]() If you're looking for a guy to blame, I'm the networking guy on the team. Thanks so much, and I hope we get better connection success rates for you real soon! ![]() I'm really sorry that you can't host right now, but I'm glad your friend can! If you want to track the progress of resolving the IPv6 problem, go ahead and watch this Unity thread, where the developer of our connection extension and I are working together to figure this out: If you go to this website, does your web browser tell you your address or that the web page could not be reached? You don't have to tell me what numbers or text it gives you if it does resolve, but knowing whether it does or doesn't resolve will help us tackle this problem. While this does mean that it will take longer than average for "online components not initialized" to go away, it WILL resolve this problem faster than waiting for that one singular website to reply. We will be setting up a secondary public IP checker which will activate if the first one fails. We hadn't predicted how well this particular website would reply to people in other areas of the world. Until your public IP is known the game will not allow you to do an online game because the connection is guaranteed to fail (unless you do LAN). You have just helped track down a problem with that specific reply! Thank you so much! What's happening here is that the external IP checker we are using is taking a long time to respond, or in some people's cases, never responding at all. Including concept art, mockups, and scrapped content, even the ugly stuff for an authentic look behind the scenes. Could join a game but after launching the game later I got the same error.
